Where local law permits, we collect only what an account needs to run: your name, contact number, date of birth, device details and the reference numbers attached to each transfer you make. JazzCash, Easypaisa, SadaPay, NayaPay and Raast receipts are logged so both sides can match a payment if a query comes up later. We hold that data while your account stays
open, then for a fixed archival window tied to local bookkeeping rules. You can write to us to see what is stored, ask for a correction, or request deletion where the law allows. Some records must stay put, and we say so plainly rather than burying it in small print. Nothing is sold to outside brokers; sharing is limited to processors, identity
checks and lawful demands.
Service availability is jurisdiction-dependent. Users are responsible for checking local law before access.
